Warm as toast – and that’s just the dog…

I’m hoping against hope that we’ll have snow this weekend – not that I intend to go out in it if it does (well maybe just the odd snowball fight with the boys…). No, the pleasure of bad weather is in being inside looking out. Or more precisely, nipping out in it and then coming back into the bosom of the home – the same feeling you get when you have to ‘pay a visit’ in the middle of the night but then return to your warm cosy bed. Anyway, this is the kind of room I could easily have lunch in on a freezing cold day – shame I don’t have the address, I’d invite myself round…
